MAKE SURE IT GETS THROUGH.

Public records have a way of ending up in spam. Here's how to fix that.

GMAIL

  1. Open the welcome email from Probably Nothing.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the message.
  3. Select 'Filter messages like this'.
  4. Click 'Create filter', then check 'Never send it to Spam'.
  5. For extra safety, drag the email from Promotions into Primary.

OUTLOOK / HOTMAIL

  1. Open the email from Probably Nothing.
  2. Click the three-dot menu at the top of the message.
  3. Select 'Add to Safe senders'.
  4. Optionally, right-click the message and choose 'Mark as not junk'.

APPLE MAIL

  1. Open the email from Probably Nothing on your Mac or iPhone.
  2. Tap or click the sender's name at the top of the message.
  3. Select 'Add to Contacts' or 'Create New Contact'.
  4. Save. Apple Mail now treats us as trusted.

YAHOO MAIL

  1. Open the email from Probably Nothing.
  2. Hover over the sender's name and click 'Add to Contacts'.
  3. Confirm by clicking 'Save'.
  4. If the email landed in Spam, click 'Not Spam' at the top of the message.
