Public records have a way of ending up in spam. Here's how to fix that.
GMAIL
- Open the welcome email from Probably Nothing.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right of the message.
- Select 'Filter messages like this'.
- Click 'Create filter', then check 'Never send it to Spam'.
- For extra safety, drag the email from Promotions into Primary.
OUTLOOK / HOTMAIL
- Open the email from Probably Nothing.
- Click the three-dot menu at the top of the message.
- Select 'Add to Safe senders'.
- Optionally, right-click the message and choose 'Mark as not junk'.
APPLE MAIL
- Open the email from Probably Nothing on your Mac or iPhone.
- Tap or click the sender's name at the top of the message.
- Select 'Add to Contacts' or 'Create New Contact'.
- Save. Apple Mail now treats us as trusted.
YAHOO MAIL
- Open the email from Probably Nothing.
- Hover over the sender's name and click 'Add to Contacts'.
- Confirm by clicking 'Save'.
- If the email landed in Spam, click 'Not Spam' at the top of the message.
