Program Description

The Probably Nothing SMS program delivers occasional market and pattern alerts related to topics covered by the Probably Nothing newsletter. The program is operated by Probably Nothing.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Alerts are occasional, not daily. We expect to send no more than several messages per month under typical conditions.

Opt-In

You may join the SMS program only by providing your mobile number and checking the explicit SMS opt-in checkbox on our subscribe form. Opt-in is required and affirmative. You will receive a confirmation message after subscribing.

Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation, and you will not receive further messages. To rejoin, sign up again on our subscribe form.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Carriers

Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers and most smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to subscribe to or use the Service. Standard messaging rates from your carrier apply.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell your phone number.
